getting mentally prepared for winter

Yesterday was ever so cold ...
so cold, I could feel the frozen precipitation in the air ... almost.
What a great day to get outside and take some photos of our new winter gear.

Against the crisp air, our photographer Bryan Reid snapped a couple shots of me sporting some winter boots from Sorel and Pajar, with jackets from Plush and Flavour. As we were shooting, a brief thought of snow crossed both our minds. However cold it is, it is still a beautiful natural happening that I look forward to each year.

Black Soia and Kyo wool jacket from Plush.

Only 'pleather' jacket with removable fur, available at Plush.

If you have the right gear keeping you warm, snow really isn't a horrible thing. You just have to remember ... it is wet and ever so cold. So, try something that's waterproof and rated. Sorel and Pajar are amazing companies for keeping you dry, and ever so cozy warm.
